Frequently asked questions about the client Process

What comes First?

Typically the very first phase of a new project includes a client meeting with our architect, contractor, and interior designer to understand the scope of what you would like to accomplish. From there, our team will use historical data to provide you with an estimated price range to execute your project.

If this range is within your budget we will then issue a feasibility study proposal which will cover the cost of architectural drawings, project pricing, and material selections. These details allow us to provide you with an exact price to complete based on your selections and accurate quotes from subcontractors.

What happens during the design phase?

During the feasibility phase we will typically hold multiple meetings in order to finalize all aspects of your design. This could include site visits, architectural re-draws, or material meetings with suppliers.

Our goal in this phase is to discuss every detail of your project so that all team members and clients are involved and a part of the final design package.

It’s time to Build, now what?

Once your design has been finalized, permits are submitted with the appropriate jurisdiction and construction can begin!

We take care to be completely hands-on during our project management and construction. Clients are closely involved in the execution process and kept up to date regularly.

How is a project finished?

Inevitably small changes or repairs will occur at the end of the project and so as a part of a project close-out, our team is sure to take care of these small items and host a walkthrough to ensure all work is satisfactory.

The very last stage is the clients final inspections and Certificate of Occupancy!
